DS-7608NXI-I2/8P/S is an 8-channel 1U NVR with 8 built-in PoE ports, sized for jobs where a standalone PoE switch isn't wanted in the rack — a small site with up to eight IP cameras powered directly from the recorder.
Video compression covers H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264, so it works alongside current Hikvision IP camera lines without transcoding hardware in the chain.
