Product Description
The HiLook NVR-108MH-D/8P (also listed as NVR-108MH-D/8P-NO-HDD / NVR-108MH-D/8P+NO-HDD) is an 8-channel Mini 1U NVR with 8 built-in PoE ports, aimed at small-to-medium IP camera installs where a separate PoE switch isn't wanted.
Bandwidth and channels
Each of the 8 channels accepts a network camera input up to 6MP recording resolution. Incoming and outgoing bandwidth is capped at 60 Mbps in each direction, which sets your practical ceiling when sizing multi-camera, high-bitrate jobs on this recorder.
PoE and power
The 8 independent PoE ports support IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at, so both standard and high-power PoE cameras can be connected directly without external injectors or switches — useful for keeping the rack simple on smaller sites.
Compression and decoding
H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264 are all supported, with H.265+ cutting storage load while holding image quality. Synchronous playback tops out at 4 channels at 1080p, or 2 channels at 4MP.
Storage and outputs
One SATA interface accepts a drive up to 6TB. HDMI and VGA outputs run simultaneously at up to 1920×1080 for local monitoring, and the rear panel also carries a LAN interface, USB ports and power input. Remote access runs through HiLookVision software, browsers, and mobile apps.
