Who can open a trade account?
CCTV Line supplies UK security installers, integrators, maintenance contractors and resellers. You need a UK business — a registered company, a VAT-registered sole trader or a partnership. We check the company number against Companies House when you apply, so have it to hand.
What does a trade account give me?
Trade pricing across the full catalogue, live stock levels on every product, order history and repeat ordering, and the option to apply for 30-day credit terms once your account is open. Prices are shown only to approved account holders, which is how we keep trade pricing genuinely trade.
How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed within one working day. You will get an email as soon as the account is live, and prices appear across the site the moment you sign in.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order value and no minimum order quantity on a CCTV Line trade account — order one camera or a full multi-site rollout.
When do orders ship?
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are despatched the same day for next-working-day delivery to UK mainland addresses. Stock levels shown on each product are live from our warehouse system, so what you see is what is on the shelf.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Collection is not offered at checkout — every order is despatched for delivery from our warehouse at 305 Holbrook Lane, Coventry CV6 4DG. If the timing is tight, call 0330 441 9429 before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
