The rules we run product reviews by: who can post, how reviews are vetted and published, and whether a reviewer gets anything back.

Who can post a review
Reviews are open only to buyers of the product from CCTV Line: use the private link in our post-order email, or the order in your account after despatch. Every review is therefore a verified purchase.
Satisfaction plays no part in which customers we ask for reviews, or in the timing. The request reads the same for every customer.
