How buying works

Prices are shown only to approved trade account holders. Guests browse the range without prices, and once your application is approved and you sign in, your account pricing appears across the catalogue alongside stock levels on each product. Stock levels come straight from our warehouse system, so you can plan an install date against what is on the shelf.

For larger jobs you can build a quote from your account dashboard, or send us the specification and quantities and we will price it. The quote is formatted so you can pass it to your end customer with your own margin added, and quoted projects get trade-desk support through to commissioning.

Technical help and compatibility

If you are adding to an existing installation, send us the recorder or system model numbers and we will confirm which cameras and accessories fit. This saves ordering equipment that turns out not to work with what is already on site.

Where orders ship from

Orders are picked and despatched from our own warehouse in Coventry rather than drop-shipped, so lead times are ours to control. Delivery options are shown at checkout and tracking details follow once an order is dispatched. Delivery terms on an approved trade account are agreed with your account, and pallet and multi-drop deliveries are quoted per consignment.
