ProLux PXD-5208AN-4KL-X/8P — 8-channel penta-brid DVR with PoC
One recorder, five input types. The PXD-5208AN-4KL-X/8P accepts HDCVI, HDTVI, AHD, CVBS and IP cameras on the same unit, so a mixed analogue/IP estate — or a phased retrofit — can run off one box without swapping cabling.
Channel and bandwidth capacity
- 8 analogue/hybrid channels, plus IP camera inputs up to 12/24 channels depending on mode, each IP channel to 8MP
- Incoming bandwidth up to 48Mbps, expandable to 96Mbps depending on mode
- H.265+/H.265 dual-stream compression for reduced HDD consumption and network load
PoC power budget
Total output is 48W or 96W depending on mode. That supports:
- 8 or 16 channels of Lite series PoC cameras, or
- 4 or 8 channels of Pro series PoC cameras
Power over Coax means video and power share the existing coaxial run, so retrofit jobs skip a separate power drop per camera — check the Lite/Pro channel split above against camera load before you spec the run.
Monitoring and search
HDMI and VGA outputs cover local/control-room display; remote viewing and management are supported over the network. Smart Search and Intelligent Video System features are built in for faster event review across multiple channels.
