The Hikvision iDS-7208HQHI-M1/XT is an 8-channel AcuSense hybrid DVR designed for intelligent surveillance applications requiring deep learning analytics and flexible camera integration. The recorder supports multiple video formats including HDTVI, AHD, CVI, CVBS, and IP cameras, allowing seamless integration with both analog and IP surveillance systems. The system supports recording resolution up to 5MP Lite and 3K Lite at up to 12 frames per second, ensuring detailed video capture while maintaining efficient storage usage. H.265 Pro+ compression technology significantly reduces storage requirements and bandwidth consumption without compromising recording quality. AcuSense deep learning technology enables accurate human and vehicle classification, dramatically reducing false alarms caused by environmental motion. The system also supports facial recognition on up to two channels and perimeter protection features including line crossing detection and intrusion detection on up to four channels. Hybrid functionality allows connection of up to 12 IP cameras, providing scalability and future system expansion capability. HDMI and VGA outputs support Full HD display for local monitoring. Storage is supported via one SATA interface with up to 10TB capacity, and network connectivity supports remote access via Hik-Connect and ONVIF-compatible systems.
