The Hikvision DS-2CD3356G2-ISU is a professional 5MP AcuSense fixed turret network camera designed to deliver reliable surveillance with intelligent detection and enhanced low-light performance. The camera uses a 1/2.7" progressive scan CMOS sensor capable of capturing video at a maximum resolution of 2592 × 1944, providing detailed monitoring suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial security applications.
The fixed 2.8mm lens provides a wide 98° horizontal field of view, allowing efficient coverage of entrances, corridors, and perimeter areas. Infrared illumination supports night vision up to 40 metres, ensuring continuous monitoring in complete darkness. Smart Supplement Light technology automatically adjusts illumination intensity based on scene conditions to optimize image clarity.
Powered by Hikvision AcuSense deep learning technology, the camera accurately classifies human and vehicle targets, significantly reducing false alarms caused by irrelevant motion. According to the specification table on page 4, the camera supports perimeter protection features including line crossing detection, intrusion detection, and region entry and exit detection, as well as face capture capability.
The camera supports H.265+ compression to reduce bandwidth and storage usage while maintaining high image quality. Built-in microSD card support allows local recording up to 512GB. Power is supplied via PoE IEEE 802.3af or 12V DC. The IP67-rated metal housing ensures reliable outdoor operation in harsh weather conditions.
