Product Description
One I91DX covers ground that would otherwise need two single-lens cameras: dual 8MP fixed lenses stitch into a single panoramic field of view, cutting channel count and mounting points on wide perimeters, yards and retail floors.
Power and integration
- PoE: IEEE 802.3af — single Cat5e/Cat6 run for data and power, standard PoE switch/NVR budgeting applies.
- Local power fallback: 12V DC input where PoE isn't run.
- ONVIF compliant — integrates with standard third-party NVRs and VMS, not locked to a single recorder line.
- Codec: H.265 and H.264, for lower bitrate/storage on long panoramic recordings.
Imaging and audio
Each lens uses a progressive-scan CMOS sensor running up to 8MP, with the two feeds stitched for a wide horizontal panorama rather than a single narrow angle — useful where blind spots between cameras are the actual problem being solved.
White light illumination drives full-colour night imaging rather than monochrome IR, which helps with subject and colour identification on the recorded footage. Built-in mic and speaker support two-way audio for live talk-down or intercom-style use over the IP link.
Build
IP67-rated housing rated for outdoor mounting as well as indoor use, covering dust ingress and water exposure at the enclosure.
Plan cable runs and PoE switch budget per lens pair as with any dual-sensor unit — check total PoE draw against switch port budget before adding this to an existing PoE run.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the I91DX work with third-party NVRs?
Yes — it's ONVIF compliant, so it integrates with standard ONVIF-compatible NVR and IP surveillance systems, not just a single proprietary recorder.
What power options does it support?
PoE under IEEE 802.3af for combined power and data over one cable, or a secondary 12V DC input where PoE isn't available.
How does the dual-lens panoramic view work?
Two fixed lenses each capture up to 8MP, and their feeds are stitched into a single wide-angle panoramic image to reduce blind spots versus a single narrow-angle camera.
Is it rated for outdoor installation?
Yes — the housing is IP67 rated, covering dust ingress and water exposure, so it suits both outdoor and indoor mounting.
