Product Description
LifeSmart Smart Home Starter Kit — hub, motion, door and environmental sensing
This kit is a HomeKit-compatible smart home starter set built around the Smart Station hub, which bridges LifeSmart's Cube sensor range and reports into the Apple Home app or the LifeSmart app.
What's in the box
- 1 × Smart Station Hub — central controller linking all Cube devices
- 1 × Cube Door/Window Sensor — magnetic and vibration detection
- 2 × Cube Motion Sensors — PIR detection plus light sensing
- 1 × Cube Environmental Sensor — temperature, humidity and light, with LCD readout
Platform and control
Apple HomeKit support means devices add directly into the Apple Home app, with Siri voice control available for supported actions. LifeSmart's own app provides an alternative control and automation path for scenarios such as lighting or heating triggers.
How the sensors work
The Cube Motion Sensor combines PIR movement detection with ambient light sensing to trigger lighting or alert automations. The Cube Door/Window Sensor uses magnetic contact plus vibration detection, flagging opening or tampering events to the paired app. The Cube Environmental Sensor tracks temperature, humidity and light in real time and can drive automations such as switching on heating when a room drops below a set threshold.
Installation
Setup is described as tool-free: install the LifeSmart app, add each sensor and the hub to LifeSmart or Apple Home, then position sensors where coverage is needed. The system is expandable, so further LifeSmart Cube devices can be added to the same hub as requirements grow.
