Product Description
Key specs
- Rating: IP55 — protected against dust ingress and water spray
- Material: durable PVC
- Dimensions: 170 × 160 × 65mm enclosure measurements
- Mounting: wall mount, indoor or outdoor use
- Application: CCTV, networking and general electrical wiring
IP55 covers dust ingress and water spray, not immersion — fine for a wall-mounted joint under an eaves or on an external elevation, not for a submerged or jet-washed location.
Cable entry and internal space
The enclosure has a spacious internal area for cable connections, terminal blocks and connectors, and the cover is adaptable — installers create their own cable entry points to suit the run rather than working around fixed knockouts. That flexibility matters when you're bringing in coax, PoE or mixed electrical cable at different angles on the same job.
Where it's used
This is a general-purpose adaptable junction box rather than a camera-specific accessory: it suits a CCTV pole or wall-entry joint, a network cable termination point, or a standard electrical connection housed outdoors or indoors. The sealed cover protects the joint while still giving access for maintenance.
Sold as an enclosure only — no terminal blocks or glands are stated as included, so plan those separately if the job needs them.
