Product Description
BNC male crimp connector — RG59/RG6 termination
This connector terminates RG59 or RG6 coaxial cable with a crimp-style BNC male end, giving a secure mechanical and electrical joint for analogue and HD-over-coax CCTV runs.
Application
Used on camera tails, DVR/monitor patch leads, and repair or re-termination jobs across TVI, CVI and AHD systems as well as legacy analogue. Any BNC-compatible input on cameras, DVRs or monitors will accept it.
Why crimp, not screw or twist
Crimp termination gives a stronger, more consistent mechanical hold than screw-on or twist-on types, which reduces the risk of intermittent signal loss on long or vibration-prone runs. A standard coax crimping tool is needed to fit it correctly.
Build
- Precision-machined metal body for corrosion resistance and long service life
- Sized for RG59 and RG6 cable — confirm cable diameter before ordering in bulk
- Suited to bench cable assembly as well as on-site repairs and re-terminations
Stock notes
Held as a standard CCTV consumable — useful to keep spares of on the van for first-fix and callback jobs where a damaged or poorly-terminated connector is the cause of signal dropout.
