Product Description
DS-2CE72KF3T-LSYE is Hikvision's 8MP Smart Hybrid Light ColorVu turret in the Turbo HD (analogue) line, fitted with a fixed 2.8mm lens and finished in black for discreet mounting.
As a PoC (Power over Coax) model, it takes both video and power down a single coax run — useful when retrofitting into existing analogue cabling without pulling new power leads. The "Smart Hybrid Light" designation covers ColorVu's combined white-light and IR illumination approach, giving colour imaging in low light alongside conventional IR-assisted night viewing when needed.

Fitting notes for installers
Because this is a PoC camera, the head-end DVR must support PoC to deliver power over the coax run — check the recorder spec before quoting a job that mixes this model with standard non-PoC turrets. As an analogue Turbo HD device it isn't a network/PoE camera, so it won't sit on a PoE switch budget alongside IP turrets.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this camera need a PoC-capable DVR?
Yes — it's a PoC model, so power and video share the coax run, and the connected DVR must support PoC to power it that way.
Is this an IP or analogue camera?
It's an analogue Turbo HD camera, not a network/PoE device, so it's wired and powered differently to IP turrets on the same job.
What lens options does this model come in?
This SKU is fixed with a 2.8mm lens.
What does Smart Hybrid Light mean on this model?
It refers to Hikvision's ColorVu approach combining white-light illumination with IR for low-light colour imaging.
