The AUG3201-IP is a bidirectional analogue-to-IP audio gateway: it takes analogue audio in and puts an IP stream out, and does the reverse too.
What it converts
- Analogue in → IP out: accepts audio from microphones, NVR audio outputs or other analogue sources and converts it to a digital stream for transport over an IP LAN.
- IP in → analogue out: receives audio streams from IP-based PA, scheduled announcement or pre-recorded broadcast applications, then outputs to a standard amplifier or 8 Ohm speaker.
