Recorder capacity
10 included cameras use 10 of the recorder’s 32 channels. 22 channels remain for expansion. Before adding cameras, check supported resolution, recording bandwidth and available power or PoE ports.
Before installation

Analogue HD kit built around the Hikvision iDS-7332HUHI, a 32-channel, 8MP-capable, 1.5U DVR running H.265 compression with AcuSense analytics, populated with 10× UKVISION 8MP 4K ColorVu Audio Fixed Turret cameras.
Why 32 channels for 10 cameras
The DVR's 32-channel capacity is more than double what this kit ships with, so an installer can add up to 22 further channels of analogue/HD-TVI cameras on the same recorder as coverage extends — no forklift upgrade to a second DVR when a client adds a yard, floor or car park later.
Camera notes
Each UKVISION turret carries an 8MP sensor, ColorVu (colour-in-low-light) capability, and built-in audio capture — useful where audio evidence alongside video is a project requirement.

Install considerations
With 30m combined video/power leads supplied per camera, plan cable routes against that run length; longer runs will need separate power infrastructure. AcuSense on the DVR is a recording-side analytics feature — confirm channel licensing/configuration matches the analytics you intend to use.
