Order online and collect from 305 Holbrook Lane, Coventry, CV6 4DG. Call 0330 441 9429 first so we can confirm the order is picked and waiting — it saves a wasted journey when a line is coming in on the next delivery.
Delivery terms on an approved trade account are agreed with your account, and pallet and multi-drop deliveries are quoted per consignment rather than at the standard rate. Apply for an account — it takes a couple of minutes and costs nothing.
UK mainland delivery is £4.99 per order, and free on orders over £100.00. The charge is applied to the order, not per item, so adding a second camera or a drum of cable does not add a second delivery fee.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on items we hold in stock are dispatched the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, and at weekends, go out on the next working day.

Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are quoted individually because the carriers surcharge them. Send us the postcode and the basket and we will confirm the cost before you pay.
Tell us within a reasonable time and we cover the cost of putting it right, including return carriage. You also have 14 days to change your mind on a distance sale for any reason, and 30 days to reject faulty goods — the returns page states both in full.
